Any Service: $200 per hour* Including travel time for home visits. Virtual option available for medical/screening visits. Donations are accepted for others less resourced to be able to receive these services.

First Office Visit: 60 minutes**

Ketamine Session: $500 per session. Approximately 2.5 hours. Recommend 5-10 sessions if responding well. Will need an initial intake or consultation appointment before receiving ketamine.

*Minimum 15 minutes per visit.

**A new patient visit is 60 minutes and is $200 if paying at the time of service.

ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL 3% FEE
